Returns

 Please look over your entire order as soon as it is received!

 

Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Your store credit will be issued as a gift card and will be sent via email. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returns and exchanges. 

 

**Please review your order before submitting. Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. Double check your shipping address! Please contact us immediately if changes need to be made to your address. Once the item has shipped there is nothing we can do.  

 

** If you think you have received a defective item please contact us within  2 days of receipt of your order. If we are not contacted in the 2 days about a damaged item it will not be eligible for return.

 

Return Policy:

Shopping online is the most convenient and enjoyable way for some, but we also understand it can be a gamble since you are unable to touch and try items on prior to purchasing. This is why we strive to be as return friendly as possible! There are a few rules to follow that ensure we provide the best to our shoppers.
**If you send back and item that is not eligible for return or do not include your return form, you will be charged to send the item back or a 25% restocking fee. If it it damaged you will not receive any credit**

 

What items are eligible for return?

* items that have NOT BEEN WORN or washed.

*items with original tag still attached.

* items free of makeup, lotions, perfumes, deodorant, dog hair and cigarette smoke.

* items purchased at regular price.

* items purchased with a 10% discount code.

* items purchased with a gift card.

 

What items are not eligible for return?

items that have been worn or washed.

* items that tags have been removed from.

items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfumes.

* items smelling of or containing body lotion.

* items with dog hair, deodorant & makeup stains/markings.

* items purchased during a sale. ALL sale items are FINAL SALE!

* items purchased with a Discount Code greater than 10% off.

* accessories.

* body suits

*items that have been exchanged.

 

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to exchange any item that is eligible for return! We have a limited number of the chic items featured on our site. Because of this we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock. Once we receive your item with the required RETURN FORM and package slip, we will check if the item you requested for exchange is in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be issued a store credit.

Please neatly fold your items and place them back in the tissue paper you received them in or another form of packaging to protect the items during shipping.

**Please Note! If your returned items are damaged upon arrival at our office, you will not receive a store credit or your exchange. If your returned items are lost or stolen in transit to our office, you will need to file a claim with the United States post office.

**An item can only be exchanged ONE TIME, once your new item is shipped to you it is NOT RETURNABLE. 

 

Store Credits:

Store credits are issued via email as a gift card. Your store credit will expire one (1) year from the date it is issued to you. Shipping is non refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your return once it's received!
